This resolution serves to authorize only the amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, at a cost not to exceed Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,250.00) Seven Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($7,100.00), an increase of Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($850.00) from the previously executed agreement for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering and Final Design phases of the project. Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific service agreements.
