WHEREAS, Joy Sato was the Director of Special Events at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts for over twenty years and has worked tirelessly in her love and support of Mellon Park. Joy worked around the clock, to make the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, the Walled Garden and all of Mellon Park welcoming to every part of our community. and,
