3. Motion to approve the Bowman proposal for Engineering Design Services for Phase 2 of the Paradise Street Improvement Project in the lump sum amount of $174,090.
4. Motion to approve the Phoenixville Borough Zoning Ordinance Update – Additional Work proposal from Gilmore & Associates in the amount of $7,200 as recommended by the Zoning Task Force.
