3. Motion to Award the 2025 Paving Contract to Innovative Construction Services in the amount of $ 110,440.80 as the lowest responsible bidder.
4. Motion to award the 2025 Hauling and Disposal of Wastewater Sludge bid to Synagro Central LLC in the amount of $119,760.00 for the balance of 2025 and for year 2026, $123,360.00 for option year 2027 and $127,056.00 for option year 2028 as the lowest responsible bidder.
