3. Motion to award the Paradise Street Improvement – Phase 2 Project contract to Marino Corporation in the amount of $1,408,884.60 as the lowest responsible bidder as recommended by the Borough Traffic Engineer contingent upon Chester County Department of Community Development approval.
4. Motion to approve Budget Increase 2026-02 from General Fund Balance in the amount of $7,875.00 to Streets Department (Contract Services) for ADA Ramps at St Mary’s and Dayton Streets.
5. Motion to schedule and advertise an Ordinance amendment to Chapter 1, “Administration and Government,” to add a new Part 13 “Preservation of Borough Records” of the Code of Phoenixville Borough.
6. Motion to schedule and advertise an Ordinance amendment to Chapter 6, “Conduct,” For the purpose of adding a new Part 13 “Immigration Enforcement” of the Code of Phoenixville Borough.
