2. Motion to schedule and advertise an Ordinance amendment to Chapter 7, “Fire Prevention and Emergency Services,” Part 5 “False Alarms” of the Code of Phoenixville Borough.
3. Motion to adopt an Ordinance amendment to Chapter 1, “Administration and Government,” Part 7 “Pensions, Retirement and Social Security” of the Code of Phoenixville Borough.
4. Motion to schedule and advertise an Ordinance amendment to Chapter 15, “Motor Vehicles and Traffic,” Part 4, “General Parking Regulations,” Section 15-402 “Parking Prohibited at All Times in Certain Locations,” of the Code of Phoenixville Borough.
5. Motion to adopt a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of the dedication of a<br data-pasted="true">portion of Ashland Street (UPI No. 15-9-157.1).
6. Motion to approve the Civil War Centennial Memorial Proposal.
7. Motion to approve Borough Engineer’s Proposal for the design and engineering of the 395 Bridge Street Parking Lot.
