The 2026 Budget includes $49,000 in the Capital Fund for the purchase of this vehicle.
  2. Sale of 2014 International 7500 SFA 4 x 2<br><br>In accordance with the inter-municipal agreement with the Borough of Fox Chapel, Ohio Township has agreed to purchase a 2014 International 7500 SFA 4 x 2 for $22,500. Borough staff have reviewed comparable vehicles sold on Municibid within the last year, and the offer price is in line with the final bid prices. <br><br><em><strong>Motion to</strong> [approve, deny, or approve with conditions] the sale of the 2014 International 7500 SFA 4 x 2 to Ohio Township in accordance with the inter-municipal agreement, in the amount of $22,500.
  3. Subdivision Application 26-04, Lot Line Change: 240 and 250 Old Mill Road<br data-pasted="true"><br>The lot-line change will not increase or decrease the total lot area on each parcel. Environmental Disturbance Application No. 26-13<br>129 South Drive: Construction of four additions and a new driveway, swimming pool, and removal of the westerly driveway<br><br><strong data-pasted="true"><em>Motion to </em></strong><em>[approve, deny, or approve with conditions] Environmental Disturbance Application No. 26-13 as submitted, contingent upon submittal by week's end of the infiltration test evaluation, the details of the filter strip, a corrected tree removal plan with an acceptable number for one-for-one hardwood replacement, and including a waiver of the geotechnical report requirement.
  8.   9. Update on Civil Service Commission Meetings<br><br>Meetings were held on May 19, June 24, and July 17, 2026, regarding the hiring of a new patrol officer.

Resignation of Zoning Hearing Board Member<br><br>Zoning Hearing Board member Nina Gusmar has submitted her resignation, effective immediately (July 9, 2026).<br><br><strong><em>Motion to </em></strong><em>[accept, deny, or accept with conditions] the resignation of Nina Gusman from the Zoning Hearing Board, effective July 9, 2026. Motion to [approve, deny, or approve with conditions] the advertisement on the Borough website and Facebook page for the vacant position.
  12. Land Development Application 26-05: Fox Chapel Golf ClubThe Fox Chapel Golf Club is requesting land development approval to renovate the existing pool area. Construction will include the addition of a new women's locker room, a lifeguard/check-in room, a new covered bar/dining area over the existing patio area, and the expansion of the patio into the lawn. Motion to [approve, deny, or approve with conditions] Land Development Application 26-05 as recommended by the Planning Commission.
  13. Resignation of the Fox Chapel Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator<br><br>Michael Pohl, Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for Fox Chapel, has submitted his resignation from the position, effective Monday, July 20, 2026. Motion to [approve, deny, or approve with conditions] the advertisement on the Borough website and Facebook page for a new Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator to fulfill the vacant term, which expires on December 31, 2029.
