- Approval to request to use the Visit Delco Collaboration Fund to support the Festival of Lights ($150,000.00), and renewal of the Placer AI subscription ($88,200) in an amount not to exceed $238,200.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval of the fourth addendum to the Commercial Lease Agreement between 220 N. Jackson Street Realty, LLC (“Lessor”) and County of Delaware (“Lessee”) exercising and ratifying the Third Renewal Term Option and extending the term by an additional one (1) year for the Office of the Public Defender. The rent will be $302,073.00/year ($25.50/sq. ft.) for a term to begin 09/04/2025 and end 09/03/2026. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to execute the seventh amendment to the lease agreement and license agreement between the County of Delaware, (the “Landlord”), and Ophthalmic Surgical Associates, Inc., (the “Tenant”), for approximately 3,004 rentable square feet at 2 West Baltimore Avenue, Media, PA. The lease term is extended for a period of one (1) year through November 30, 2026, for a rent of $107,760.00 per year, plus utilities. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to execute the fourth amendment to the lease agreement and license agreement between the County of Delaware, (the “Landlord”), and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, (the “Tenant”), for approximately 2,845 rentable square feet located at 2 West Baltimore Avenue, Media, PA. The lease term is extended for a period of six (6) months to April 30, 2026, for a rent of $41,252.52 plus utilities. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to contract with CM3 Building Solutions to replace Heat Pump PHP-01 at the Emergency Communications Center as outlined in the attached proposal in the amount of $77,600.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
