1. Approval of the First Amendment to the Agreement for Service between the County of Delaware and Capozzoli Catering of Chester County, LTD. The renewal term will be January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Monthly rent paid to the County is $1,350.00 per month or $16,200.00 for the renewal term. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
2. Approval of a contract with Republic Services to remove all trash and recycling County wide under PA State Contract #4400027188; for a two (2) year contract with three (3) One (1) year renewal options. The annual cost is estimated at $468,973.18. Subject to Solicitor's approval
3. Second Reading, Public Hearing and Consideration of Ordinance - 2025-08 “Consideration of debt ordinance authorizing the incurrence of debt, the issuance of the County’s tax revenue and anticipation notes in the maximum amount of $55,000,000.00, and accepting the lender's proposal for the purchase of such notes".
