- Approval of the renewal agreement with Neumo Tax & Licensing, LLC (f/k/a GovOS, Inc), for continued land record management systems, services and support. The agreement will be for a (5) five-year term, commencing on January 1, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $120,434.70, for the first year, and years 2027 to 2030 not to exceed each year in the amount of $109,959.58. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to execute the third amendment to the lease agreement and license agreement between Baldwin Tower Office Building, LLC and the County of Delaware for 6,689 rentable square feet in Baldwin Tower located at 1510 Chester Pike, Eddystone, PA 19022 for the Delaware County Health Department for a fixed rent of $13,378 per month plus utilities. The lease term is extended to May 31, 2026. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to execute a lease agreement between the County of Delaware ("tenant) and Rosetree KPG III, LLC ("landlord") for 5,033 rentable square feet at 1400 N. Providence Road in Media, PA for the Delaware County Health Department Division of Environmental Health. The term of the lease is sixty-six (66) months to commence on February 1, 2026 at an annual amount not to exceed $120,792 plus CAM and electric charges. Rent to increase by 2.6% over five years and six months. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to advertise a Request for Proposal for Child Welfare Independent Living Services. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
