1. Approval of the Fifth Amendment to the Lease Agreement between SEPTA and the County of Delaware for the Chester Creek Trail extending the lease to May 30, 2053. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
2. Approval of amendment #1 to the professional services agreement between the County of Delaware and J&M Preservation Studio for the Leedom House Preservation Project located in Rose Tree Park, Media, PA, at an amount not to exceed $3,900.00. The contract value will increase from $44,163.50 to $48,063.50. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
