- Approval to execute the first amendment to the lease agreement between the County of Delaware and the Delaware County Economic Development Corporation for the lease of approximately 3,074 square feet, located at 2 West Baltimore Avenue, Media, PA. The lease term is extended for a period of three (3) years to March 31, 2029. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to execute the fifth amendment to the lease agreement and license agreement between the County of Delaware, (the "Landlord"), and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, (the "Tenant"), for approximately 2,845 rentable square feet located at 2 West Baltimore Avenue, Media, PA. The lease term is extended for a period of six (6) months to November 30, 2026, for a rent of $42,319.38 plus utilities. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to advertise a Request for Proposal for Medical Assistance Transportation Program services within Delaware County. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to advertise a request for proposal (RFP) for an awareness and education campaign for the DCHD's Centralized Intake System and the Delco Doula Collaborative. Subject to solicitor's approval.
