2. Approval to Purchase Cafeteria Furniture for Fair Acres Geriatric Center Bldg #8 from Corbett Inc / Your Office Connection from PA Stare Costars Contract #035-E23-197. In an amount not to exceed $30,938.14. Subject to Solicitors approval.
3. Approval of change order #8 with Cornerstone Detention Products, Inc. for the Electronic Security, Detention Hardware, and Central Control Relocation Upgrade at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility. The value of the change order is $68,950.27. The value of the contract will increase from $27,330,262.72 to $27,399,212.99. The change order will be paid from the Owner's Construction Contingency. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
4. Approval to issue a purchase order under PA State Contract #4400028870 to Herman Goldner Company, Inc. for labor, materials, and equipment to complete an emergency installation of a new underground gas line and valve at the Fair Acres Geriatric Center for an amount not to exceed $32,275.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
5. Approval of Amendment #3 to Reimbursement Agreement No. R16060001 between the County of Delaware and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) for the replacement of Bridge #142, South Avenue over Muckinipattis Creek, in Glenolden Borough. The value increases from $973,000.00 to $1,103,000.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
6. Approval to advertise a Request for Proposal for Countywide Custodial services. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
7. Approval to advertise a Request for Proposal for Evaluation Services for the County's Department of Juvenile Detention and Rehabilitation Services department. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
8. Approval to purchase 105 Dell Pro Micro QCM1250 computers from Dell Technologies using the PA DGS COSTARS-3 IT Hardware contract, for a cost of $85,260.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
