1. Authorization to Renew Microsoft 365 Licenses for Fair Acres Geriatric Center for 3 Years not to exceed $455,462.40 ($151,820.80 per Year) from CDWG. The purchase is off of the PA CCAP 2020-IT0001 Contract. Subject to Solicitors approval.
2. Authorization to renew the contract with Cummins Inc to perform Planned Equipment Maintenance for all generators at Fair Acres Geriatric Center for 5 Years. This service includes weekly battery checks ($78,253.76 yearly), monthly and annual inspections/full service/building load tests ($52,416.11 yearly) required by the Department of Health. Pricing will be locked in place for all 5 years. This purchase is off of the PA State Contract #4300765793. Subject to Solicitors approval.
3. Approval of Change Order #1 to contract #DPW-040225 between the County of Delaware and BSS Contractors, LLC for the 1724 Chester Courthouse Rehabilitation Project, in an amount not exceed $205,309.86. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
4. Approval of amendment #1 to the professional services agreement between the County of Delaware and J&M Preservation Studio for the 1724 Chester Courthouse Rehabilitation Project in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. The contract value will increase from $65,890.00 to $75,890.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
