1. Approval to purchase Magnet Forensics Advanced Machine License for 12 (twelve) licenses in the amount of $29,940.00 using DOJ Grant Funds, for a term beginning April 28, 2026, to April 27, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
2. Approval to Purchase GIS Software and Licensing Agreements in the amount not to exceed $32,810.00 for a term beginning April 23, 2026, to April 22, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
3. Approval to purchase thirty-one (31) Body-Worn Cameras from Axon Enterprises Inc., in an amount not to exceed $326,090.75 to be paid over five (5) years at a yearly cost of $65,218.15 for the Sheriff's Office. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
4. Approval of change order #6 to contract #eDPW-040925 between the County of Delaware and TN Ward Company for the Fair Acres Geriatric Center Kitchen Renovations. The total value of the change order is $14,489.67. The value of the contract will increase from $5,637,525.84 to $5,652,015.51. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
5. <div>Approval of credit change order #1 to KPN contract #A-202012-04 between the County of Delaware and Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. for the roof restoration and HVAC replacement at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility for the balance of funds on the contract in the amount of $601,251.40. The contract value will decrease from $17,704,577.57 to $17,103,326.17. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
6. Approval of an amendment to the Recorder of Deeds Demolition contract, DF-24-13A, Demolition of blighted structure at 1100 Hook Road, Darby Township. Amendment will increase the allocation by $15,580.00 for a total allocation of $88,380 to complete the award to the lowest responsible bidder. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
7. Approval of a contract amendment with Wilson Consulting Group LLC for supplemental Final Design activities for the Chester Creek Trail Phase II in the amount of $53,860.63. The total contract value for this project will increase to $595,585.63. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
8. Approval to award a construction contract under KPN Contract #2021JOCC-52 between the County of Delaware and S.J. Thomas Company, Inc. for renovations at 2 West Baltimore Avenue in Media, PA for the relocation of the Office of Workforce Development in an amount not to exceed $142,352.74. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
