Hill Correctional Facility. The value of the change order is $48,085.00. The change order will be paid from the Owner's Construction Contingency. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval of change order #1 to KPN contract #A-202012-04 between the County of Delaware and Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. for the roof replacement and masonry restoration of the Delaware County Courthouse. The value of the change order is $27,113.74. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to amend contract #eDPW-060425 between the County of Delaware and William H. Clinger Corporation for the Government Center Complex Fire Alarm Replacement capital project. The value of the change order is $25,321.91. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval of a new Commercial Lease Agreement between 45 S. Mac Dade, LLC and the County of Delaware for a ten-year lease agreement for Glenolden District Court 32-2-42. Rent for years 1 through 5 will be $25.00 per square foot, $103,800.00 a year, $8,650.00 a month. For years 6 through 10 rent will be $26.50 per square foot, $110,028.00 a year, $9,169.00 a month. Additional rent will be $347,160.00 for years 1 through 10. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to award KPN contract #A-0250-D between the County of Delaware and Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. for the Government Center Roof Restoration in an amount not to exceed $2,543,073.37. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
- Approval to accept bid and award Contract ePPD-040826 to CM3 Building Solutions, Inc. for Security Access Control Systems Replacement and Upgrade for $350,000.00. This would provide access for all county buildings and leased buildings. Subject to Solicitors approval.
