1. Approval to renew Contract #2620037 with the Department of Planning and Development, City of Philadelphia, Division of Housing and Community Development for an additional term. Approval of the renewal includes the acceptance of $674,100.00 in funding for the Housing Options for Persons With Aids (HOPWA) Rental Assistance Program for a term of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
2. Approval to ratify the purchase of insurance policies,as shown on the attached list, for a one (1) year term, in an amount of $3,578,392.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
3. Approval to purchase three (3) 2026 Dodge Duragno's AWD 3.6 V6 AWD from New Holland Auto Group, Costars 026-E22-165 with Emergency Equipment installed by KML Emergency Vehicle Service Solutions, Costars 012-E22-262 not to exceed $124,515.69. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
4. Approval of amendment #1 to the professional services agreement between the County of Delaware and NORR Partnership for procurement assistance for the rebid of the Voting Machine Warehouse Elevator Replacement capital project in an amount not to exceed $4,500.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
5. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">Approval of Amendment #1 to Grant Agreement #4100086629 between the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs and Delaware County which provides an additional funding allocation for the time period January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. Subject to Solicitor’s approval.
6. Approval of amendment #2 to the professional services agreement between the County of Delaware and AI Engineers for additional engineering services required for the replacement of County Bridge #117, Saw Mill Road Crossing over Darby Creek in Radnor Township for an amount not to exceed $6,096.60. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
7. Approval of change order #7 to contract #eDPW-040925 between the County of Delaware and TN Ward Company for the Fair Acres Kitchen Renovations. The total value of the change order is $12,830.87. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
8. Approval to award Little Flower Park Water Line Installation to MOR Construction Services, LLC in the amount not to exceed $32,030.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
9. Approval to award additional funding to four COSA providers for FY25/26 , for a term of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
10. Approval to apply for the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency 2026-2027 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Single Solicitation for Local Initiatives in an amount not to exceed the maximum award of $250,000.00 Subject to Solicitor's approval.
11. Approval to award annual contract to the Delaware County Victim's Assistance Centers Services. Services for $40,000.00 for FY26/27 for a term of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Services include assistance with Victim's Compensation applications, counseling, referrals, accompaniment to court, and advocacy. Also provided in the contract is outreach and education. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
12. Approval to award a construction contract between the County of Delaware and S.J. Thomas Company, Inc. under JOC Contract #KPN-2026JOCC-51 for the replacement of the roof and gutters of Building 4 at the Fair Acres Geriatric Center for an amount not to exceed $553,550.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
