1. Approval to accept HIV Grant award renewal 3 from PADOH in the amount of $509,469.64 for the term of July 1, 2026 to June 30,2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
2. Approval to purchase 70 AWARE flood gauges for a total cost not to exceed $332,119.00 utilizing grant funds. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
3. Approval to purchase forty-eight (48) HP Laptops and HP Vehicle Docks for County First Responders, in an amount not to exceed $174,960.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
4. Approval to issue a purchase order to Herman Goldner Company, Inc. for the installation of a new B&G steam heat exchanger bundle for an amount not to exceed $58,912.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
5. Approval to purchase Next Gen 911 "Prepared Live" Software from Axon Enterprise, Inc for the processing of 911 calls for a period of 3 years at a cost not to exceed $267,000.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
6. Approval to purchase and install Access Control Equipment from Total Security Solutions at 2 W. Baltimore Pike, Media, PA, in an amount not to exceed $74,955.15. Pricing was obtained using Costars-40 Security & Fire 040-099 Contract. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
7. Approval of an amendment and grant of authority to advertise a Housing and Community Development Action Plan amendment as it relates to the HOME Program. Amendment will allocate $650,000.00 through a Tri-Party Agreement with Delaware County, Chester Economic Development Authority and Chester Community Improvement Project for the construction of 10 single family homes at the Grace Manor Affordable Housing Project, along West 7th Avenue and Harwick Street, Chester. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
8. Approval of amendment #1 to the professional services agreement between the County of Delaware and AI Engineers for additional engineering services required for the replacement of County Bridge #232, Folcroft Avenue over Hermesprota Creek in Folcroft Borough for an amount not to exceed $2,877.43. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
9. Approval of Amendment 01 to the contract with Maximus US Services to extend the term through March 31, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $16,000.00 to continue development and delivery of the Central Services Cost Allocation Plan to support and administer State and Federal programs. Subject to Solicitor’s approval
10. Approval of amendment #2 to the professional services agreement between the County of Delaware and J&M Preservation Studio for construction administration services for the 1724 Chester Courthouse Rehabilitation Project in an amount not to exceed $5,120.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
11. Approval of change order #2 ​with BSS Contractors, LLC for the 1724 Chester Courthouse Rehabilitation Project in an amount not to exceed $104,783.68. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
12. Approval of change order #2 with Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.for roof restoration and HVAC replacement at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility at an amount not to exceed $6,689.18. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
13. Approval to submit the Human Services Block Grant Annual Plan for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2027, to the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services in order to receive the State/Federal allocation of $51,150,087.00 which requires a County contribution of 2.06% on State monies, equating to $1,020,653.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
14. Approval to proceed with the Letter of Intent for a ten-year Commercial Lease Agreement with 1100 Chester Partners, LLC for a 4,500 square foot property located at 1100 Chester Pike, Sharon Hill Shopping Center, Sharon Hill, for District Courts 32-1-23 & 32-2-37. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
15. Approval to accept Tuberculosis Treatment and Prevention Grant additional SAF Award from the PADOH in the amount of $10,886.80 for the period of July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
16. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" data-pasted="true">Approval to accept the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Grant Award, in the amount not to exceed $1,455,000.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
17. Approval to award contract #eDPW-062426 between the County of Delaware and Innovative Service Contractors, LLC for the UST Removal and Replacement project at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility for an amount not to exceed $297,000.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
18. Approval to advertise a Request for Proposal for All Services Required for Design, Procurement, and Installation of Solar Arrays at Three County Locations. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
19. Approval to advertise a Request for Proposal for Food Service Operations and Management at the Government Center Complex. Subject to Solicitor approval.
20. Approval for Workforce Development to apply to PA Labor and Industry for a Business and Education Partnership grant for $150,000.00. The goal of the proposal is to connect middle and high schools to local employers through customized events. No County match. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
21. Approval for Workforce Development to apply to the William Penn Foundation for a Workforce grant of $100,000.00. The purpose of the proposal is to provide flexible supportive services to trainees benefiting from the Collar Counties Emergency Medical Services Industry Partnership training grants. No County match. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
