1. Approval of Second Amendment to the Commercial Lease Agreement between National Realty Corporation and the County of Delaware for Radnor District Court 32-2-43 located at 4655 West Chester Pike Newtown Square. The renewal term is June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Rent in the amount of $99,877.50 yearly, $8,323.13 monthly, $22.50 per square foot. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
2. Approval to exercise Second renewal term option to the Commercial Lease Agreement between 600 N Jackson Street Investors and the County of Delaware for the MDJ Arraignment Room located at 600 N. Jackson Street, Suite 102, Media. The term is December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027. Rent is to be in the amount of $49,336.68 yearly, $4,111.39, $23.49 per square foot. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
3. Approval to purchase Ballistic Water Recovery Tank and Portable Laboratory. This is being paid with PCCD grant in the amount of $170,690.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
4. Approval of SELF Inc. to provide a Letter of Intent to purchase a property for use as a Non-Congregate Shelter. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
5. Approval to amend the Professional Services Agreement between the County of Delaware and Designblendz Architecture LLP to increase the reimbursable portion of the design fee to accommodate fees charged by Concord Township for a third-party plan review. The value of the amendment is $25,147.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
6. Approval of change order #3 to contract #eDPW-060425 between the County of Delaware and William H. Clinger Corporation for the Government Center Fire Alarm Replacement capital project. The value of the change order is $1,195.09. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
7. Approval of change order #1 to contract #eDPW-031126 between the County of Delaware and A.K. Petersheim Builders, LLC for the reconstruction of the George W. Hill Security Checkpoint Building for an amount not to exceed $2,532.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
8. Approval of change order #3 to contract #KPN-A-202012-04 between the County of Delaware and Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. for roof restoration and HVAC replacement at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility for an amount not to exceed $10,610.81. Subject to ​Solicitor's approval.
9. Approval of change orders #1 and #2 to contract #eDPW-022526 between the County of Delaware and L.J. Paolella Construction, Inc. for the Delaware County Health Department Yeadon Administration Office renovation for an amount not to exceed $3,602.93. Subject to ​Solicitor's approval.
10. Approval to accept the HIDTA 2026 Grant Award in the amount of $35,000.00 beginning January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. Subject to the Solicitor's approval.
11. Approval to advertise Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Healthcare Services at George W. Hill Correctional Facility. Subject to the Solicitor's approval.
