  1. Approval of Second Amendment to the Commercial Lease Agreement between National Realty Corporation and the County of Delaware for Radnor District Court 32-2-43 located at 4655 West Chester Pike Newtown Square. The renewal term is June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Rent in the amount of $99,877.50 yearly, $8,323.13 monthly, $22.50 per square foot. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  2. Approval to exercise Second renewal term option to the Commercial Lease Agreement between 600 N Jackson Street Investors and the County of Delaware for the MDJ Arraignment Room located at 600 N. Jackson Street, Suite 102, Media. The term is December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027. Rent is to be in the amount of $49,336.68 yearly, $4,111.39, $23.49 per square foot. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  3. Approval to advertise for the Countywide Emergency Generator Service Contract. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  4. Approval to amend Contract #DA 40/25 with MVP Recovery LLC to reflect budget revisions, service additions with applicable rates, addition of a newly licensed location, and to add $506,489.06 to the overall contract value. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  5. Approval to Amend Contract #AFS 2/26 with Community Action Agency of Delaware County to decrease the overall value of the contract $158,830.00 and to extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  6. Approval to amend the contract with Jacobs Engineering Group for the Act 167 Countywide Stormwater Management Plan in the amount of $123,500.00 to extend the contract schedule and add additional services, bringing the total contract amount to $826,665.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  7. Approval to renew Jotform Contract in the amount of $44,280.00, for a term of one (1) year. Subject to Solicitor’s approval.
  8. Approval to amend Contract #MH 15/25 with Elwyn of Pennsylvania and Delaware extending the term of the agreement through June 30, 2027, revising the Scope of Work for Mobile Crisis services, and reducing the overall value of the Contract by $391,656.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  9. Approval of SELF Inc. to provide a Letter of Intent to purchase a property for use as a Non-Congregate Shelter. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  10. Approval to purchase Ballistic Water Recovery Tank and Portable Laboratory. This is being paid with PCCD grant in the amount of $170,690.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  11. Approval of the Operations and Maintenance Agreement for Post Construction Stormwater Management for Phase II of the Chester Creek Trail. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  12. Approval to renew the annual agreement with BlueCrest for servicing and software license of the system for sorting and processing envelopes in the amount of $51,748.00, to begin September 11, 2026, to September 10, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  13. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement between the County of Delaware and MG Engineering Associates, LLC for engineering services and construction administration for the 2026 paving program for an amount not to exceed $37,900.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  14. Approval of yearly maintenance agreement for 911 communication systems between Zetron Inc and the Department of Emergency Services for a one-year performance period beginning August 19, 2026 for a cost not to exceed $165,867.48. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  15. Approval to enter into a new contractual agreement with Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Services, Inc. for the provision of inpatient treatment services for adolescent males, for a term of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  16. Approval of extension of Collective Bargaining Agreement between PASNAP representing employees at Fair Acres and the County of Delaware for a period beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor’s approval.
  17. Approval to enter into a new contractual agreement with Keystone Digital Imaging, Inc., for the provision of secure document disposal, document preparation, scanning, and indexing in an amount not to exceed $95,900.00 term date August 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  18. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Health Care Solutions of Delaware Valley, LLC for ongoing strategic consulting support. The grant is fully funded by DCHD’s Public Health Infrastructure Grant for 13 months, for the term of September 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $47,500.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  19. Approval to amend Contract #AFS 10/26 with Mental Health Partnerships to realign budget allocations for services, decreasing the overall value of the contract $120,679.00, and to extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  20. Approval of change order #3 to contract #eDPW-060425 between the County of Delaware and William H. Clinger Corporation for the Government Center Fire Alarm Replacement capital project. The value of the change order is $1,195.09. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  21. Approval of change order #3 to contract #KPN-A-202012-04 between the County of Delaware and Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. for roof restoration and HVAC replacement at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility for an amount not to exceed $10,610.81. Subject to ​Solicitor's approval.
  22. Approval of change order #1 to contract #eDPW-031126 between the County of Delaware and A.K. Petersheim Builders, LLC for the reconstruction of the George W. Hill Security Checkpoint Building for an amount not to exceed $2,532.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  23. Approval of change orders #1 and #2 to contract #eDPW-022526 between the County of Delaware and L.J. Paolella Construction, Inc. for the Delaware County Health Department Yeadon Administration Office renovation for an amount not to exceed $3,602.93. Subject to ​Solicitor's approval.
  24. Approval to amend the Professional Services Agreement between the County of Delaware and Designblendz Architecture LLP to increase the reimbursable portion of the design fee to accommodate fees charged by Concord Township for a third party plan review. The value of the amendment is $25,147.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  25. Approval to accept the HIDTA 2026 Grant Award in the amount of $35,000.00 beginning January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. Subject to the Solicitor's approval.
