1. Approval to purchase (2) 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE-AWD vehicles for a price of $51,438.00 using Co-Stars contract #026-E22-165 for use by the County of Delaware Health Department for a price not to exceed $102,876.00. Subject to Solicitor’s approval.
2. Approval to purchase Dell hardware for Human Services (CYS) in the amount of $122,302.05. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
3. Approval of ratification of purchase of hardware from CDWG for Information Technology in the amount of $354,686.53. Subject to Solicitors approval.
4. Approval of amendment and grant of authority to advertise the following amendments to the 2023, 2024 and 2025 Annual Action Plans as they relate to the CDBG Program. Cancel 2023, 2024 and 2025 funding allocated to Student-Run Emergency Housing Unit of Philadelphia in the total amount of $162,000.00. Allocate $30,000.00 to the County Public Works Department for purchase and installation of a bus shelter at George W. Hill. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
5. Approval of a grant agreement between the Delaware County Health Department and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for the period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $53,542.14. This agreement funds the Community Asthma Prevention Program (CAPP), which aims to increase asthma control amongst families of children with asthma in Delaware County by providing asthma self-management and remediation education. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
6. Approval to enter into a Service Agreement between the County of Chester and the County of Delaware for the provision of youth shelter and detention services, for a term of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor’s approval.
7. Approval of Amendment #2 to Grant Agreement #41000101146 between the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs and Delaware County which confirms Delaware County's allocation for the timeframe July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $4,145,259.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
8. Approval to renew services with LeaseAccelerator, Inc (d/b/a insightsoftware) for Controller’s Office cloud-based lease compliance software, for three (3) years through September 24, 2029, in an amount not to exceed $41,409.67. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
9. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" data-pasted="true">Approval to accept the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Grant Award, in the amount not to exceed $1,445,000.00, for a term of July 4, 2025 to September 30, 2028. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
