  1. Approval to renew Vmware Maintenance and Support Renewal in the cost of $31,200.00 on Sourcewell Contract - 121923-CDWG-Software, for a term of one (1) year October 29, 2026 to October 28, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  2. Approval for Workforce Development to renew a contract with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce for $135,000.00 to support the Business Education Partnership project. The term of the renewal is October 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  3. Approval to amend Contract #HCR 7/21 with Horizon House, Inc. to increase the contract by an additional $229,300.96. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  4. Approval to amend the contract with JMT for the Delco Woods Loop Trail to add in design of the overall natural trail network and archaeological survey. The contract agreement will increase from $148,025 to $293,997. Subject to Solicitor's approval.

Approval of change order #10 to contract #eDPW-101624 between the County of Delaware and Cornerstone Detention Products, Inc. for the Electronic Security, Detention Hardware and Central Control Relocation Upgrade Project at the George W.   20. Approval to amend Contract #HCR 11/21 with Care Link Community Support Services of Pennsylvania to extend the term of the agreement though December 31, 2028 and to increase the overall value by $455,724.50 utilizing reallocated Reinvestment funding. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  21. Approval of amendment #3 to contract #eDPW-101023 between the County of Delaware and AI Engineers, Inc. for the replacement of County Bridge #117, Saw Mill Road Crossing over Darby Creek in Radnor Township for administrative support during bidding and construction administration. The value of the amendment is $22,200.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  22. Approval of amendment #1 to the professional services agreement between the County of Delaware and BSI Construction LLC for construction management services at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility. The amendment will extend the term of the agreement for nineteen months to October 2028 for an amount not to exceed $678,300.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  23. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with The Ambric Technology Corporation to complete special inspections required for the George W. Hill Correctional Facility Kitchen Modernization for an amount not to exceed $75,600.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  24. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement between the County of Delaware and StudioJAED Architects and Engineers for renovations and accessibility upgrades of the restrooms at the Government Center Complex for an amount not to exceed $850,730.00. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  25. Approval to request a grant agreement between the Delaware County Health Department (DCHD), as grantor, and the Delaware County Intermediate Unit (DCIU), as grantee, to continue funding assistive technology initiatives for children in Delaware County, for a term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $31,193.86.   26. Approval to enter into a new contractual agreement with White Deer Run, LLC dba Cove Prep for the provision of secure placement services for delinquent males with a term date of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.

Approval of a Professional Services Agreement between the County of Delaware and GFT Infrastructure, Inc. for engineering design and construction administration services for the replacement of the Chiller Plant at the Fair Acres Geriatric Center in Lima, PA for an amount not to exceed $305,500.00.   28. Approval to enter into a new contractual agreement with Merakey Delaware County in an amount not to exceed $320,630.00 to support Delaware County's opioid settlement funding continuity of care implementation through intensive case management services, for a term of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.   29. Approval of amended grant agreement with USDOT for the Safe Streets and Roads for All grant reallocating a portion of the funds from Phase II to Phase I. The grant period is 11/21/2024-9/30/2028. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  30. Approval of amendment #2 to the professional services agreement between the County of Delaware and Designblendz Architecture LLP for architectural and engineering services and construction administration for the George W.   31. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement between the County of Delaware and Alloy5 LLC for professional design services and construction administration for the relocation of County departments at the 2 West Baltimore building for an amount not to exceed $25,500.00. Approval to enter into a new contractual agreement with Educational Data Systems, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 to support Delaware County's opioid settlement funding continuity of care implementation through workforce development services, for a term of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  35. Approval of a new lease agreement between 1100 Chester Partners LLC and the County of Delaware for Sharon Hill (32-2-37) and Collingdale (32-1-23) located at 1100 Chester Pike, Sharon Hill. The initial term of 10 years with one year option; rent will be $117,000.00 yearly, $9,750.00 monthly, $26.00 per square foot plus fit-out costs of $475,000.00 to be paid during the initial term (120 months) — $3,958.34 monthly). Subject to Solicitor's approval.
  36. Approval to establish a 5% Owner's Construction Contingency for the George W. Hill Correctional Facility Kitchen Renovation in an amount not to exceed $606,150.00 which may be applied to change orders throughout the duration of the project. Subject to Solicitor's approval.
