- 4 Bill 114 Amending the 2024 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a transfer of Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty-Five Dollars ($9,145.00) from Irving Pool Improvements capital project into Fountain Park for installation of a mural on the pool house building.
