Bill 39 An Ordinance providing for the expenditure of Six Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($654,775) in Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and One Million Six Hundred Thousand One Hundred Twenty-One Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents (1,600,121.23) in HOME Investment Partnership Program, unspent funds for the January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, and January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 grant years, for housing and community development programs pursuant to the approved Consolidated Plan, appropriate Federal Law and United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations. The monies are received by the City of Allentown under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1976, as amended; The Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act of 2009; and Title II of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, as amended; for the purpose of undertaking programs of housing and community development within the City.
