Bill 25 Amending the 2025 Capital Fund Budget to provide for an increase of One million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,900,000.00) to a newly created Capital Account to enhance road safety and improve pedestrian and cyclist accessibility on South Jefferson Street. These upgrades will enhance safety and infrastructure for vulnerable road users along this corridor. The City was awarded an ARLE grant, and these funds are fully reimbursable.
