R87 Approves the submission of an application for a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for the continued development of the Martin Luther King Trail – Phase 2 - Cedar Creek to MLK. The City is asking for $200,000 in grant funding with a 15% match required – land appraisal or cash.
