Bill 19 Amending the 2024 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Twenty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($25,500.00) from the United States Department of Justice Edward Byrne Memorial JAG Grant to the City of Allentown Police Department for the purpose of funding overtime pay of patrol presence in an effort to suppress violent crimes and drug investigations in the Keystone Opportunity Zone in Allentown.
