R34 Authorization for Contract price increase of 10% or more for an existing Contract over $40,000.00, that was previously Bid and Awarded under City Policies, with James Duncan & Associates, Inc. in the estimated amount of $63,055.00 that was previously bid for urban planning consultant to support the City of Allentown Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) updated, and other City planning and zoning initiatives.
