MHCRC Dissolution and Cable Franchise Transition Package:<br><br><div data-empty="true" style="margin-left: 20px;"><strong>Resolution A</strong> - A resolution of the Troutdale City Council authorizing the City Manager to execute an intergovernmental agreement for Cable Franchise revenue collection, distribution, and administration between the City of Troutdale, City of Fairview, City of Wood Village, and Multnomah County.</div><br><div data-empty="true" style="margin-left: 20px;"><strong>Resolution B </strong>- A resolution of the Trotudale City Council authorizing the City Manager to execute an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Portland, the Cities of Fairview, Wood Village, and Gresham, and Mulntomah County for the administration of existing Cable Franchise Community Grant and Community Media Center Grant obligations.</div><br><div data-empty="true" style="margin-left: 20px;"><strong>Resolution C </strong>- A resolution of the Troutdale City Council approving the first amendment to the Comcast Cable Services Franchise Agreement and authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City.</div><br><div data-empty="true" style="margin-left: 20px;"><strong>Resolution D</strong> - A resolution of the Troutdale City Council authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with MetroEast Community Media for operational and capital support services related to public, educational, and government access programming, digital inclusion, and community media services.
2. A resolution of the City Council of the City of Troutdale Amending Resolution No. 2660 to extend the sunset date of the Public Safety Services Delivery Working Group.
