- Discussion on <strong>Storm Drain Art Program for 2027</strong>:<br><br>1) The approved artwork by Katie Reynold can't be installed until the Summer of 2027.2) Does KPAC still want to accept artwork submissions for both the youth and adult categories as set out in the Program?3) If yes, then there would be three $200 stipends coming from the 2027/28 KPAC budget.
