2. SERJAC structure change proposal (45 minutes)<br>Discuss proposal that SERJAC change its structure to better support the work of all committees in the City of Ashland.
3. Meeting time change (10 minutes)<br>To avoid a standing conflict Allison has, we need to shift our meeting earlier on Thursdays. If the meetings can start at 4:30pm, her conflict can be managed.
