- Amendment - (Engineers) - #2 to the agreement with Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), Job No. 33960(21), for the railroad crossing and signal project on South 65th West Avenue in CMF #246598, and subsequently amended to increase the total contract amount to $990,691.65, thereby increasing the County’s responsibility by $1,614.20, CMF #20212073. This amendment increases the not to exceed compensation by $178,447.82, for a total contract amount of $1,169,139.47. As defined in the original agreement, the County is responsible for ten percent (10%) of the railroad and traffic signal construction costs, therefore, the County’s responsibility increases by this amendment in the amount of $9,734.69 (Clerk's Misc.
