A change order was approved 11/3/2025 allowing alternate work hours of 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., from 11/7/2025 through 11/24/2026, increasing the contract by $1,671,411, for a new total of $30,624,236, CMF #20252123. However, the change order form was inadvertently left out of the previously approved document. This change order is for approval and execution of the change order form, incorporating it into the previously approved version (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20252203)
3. Assessor - PlanetView GSI, for remotely validated building feature changes in Tulsa County using Planet Labs PBC’s Building Change Detection analytics derived from satellite imagery and delivering monthly Building Change Detection reports and a streaming visual basemap covering the entire county for $27,557.60 (Clerk's Misc.
