Douglas Wilson - Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4), I am requesting that this matter be discussed in Executive Session between the Board and its attorney, for the purpose of confidential communications concerning possible official action regarding pending investigation, claim, or action to wit: <em>Contract for the Tulsa County Courthouse Renovation between the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and J.E. Dunn Construction Company, disclosure of the details of which its attorney advises would seriously impair the ability of the Board to proceed in the public interest
2. Zoning Application Hearing and Possible Action - (Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission) - PUD-876 Applicant Robert Bell, Bell Land Use, LLC Owner: Center 75 Business Park LLC, William Companies LLC, Donnie Williams Location: 9802 N. Yale Ave., Sperry, OK 74073. This request is for new construction proposed with a warehouse and commercial buildings. These uses allowed by right in a CS district and warehouse use added through the PUD process. The development plan in the PUD is consistent with the Highway 75 Planning Area in the Tulsa County Comprehensive Plan. The underlying CS zoning will not change with this PUD. Tract Size +/- 16.55 acres. At the 2/4/2026 Planning Commission Meeting, TMAPC voted 10-0-0 to recommend that the Tulsa County Board of County Commission approve PUD 876 (Clerk's Misc.
