1. Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4), I am requesting this matter be discussed in Executive Session between the Board and its attorney, the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office, for the purpose of confidential communications concerning a pending claim, to-wit: <em>the potential claim of the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office and/or BOCC against Summit Food Service, LLC (“Summit”), regarding potential overpayments by Tulsa County on its contract(s) with Summit</em>, disclosure of the details of which its attorney advises would seriously impair the ability of the Board to proceed in the public interest
2. Amendment - (Court Services) - #2 to the agreement with BI Incorporated, CMF #20221354 and CMF #20221837, to extend the term for one year through 6/30/2027, and enhance monitoring for the LOC8 XT equipment (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261914)
3. Board of County Commissioners - Green Country Workforce Development Board, to establish a unified workforce development system for the Green Country Workforce Development Area. This Agreement designates a Chief Local Elected Official (CLEO) to represent all participating Local Elected Officials on workforce matters and appoints a Fiscal Agent to manage consortium funds through 6/30/2027 (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261926)
