Dunn Construction Company, disclosure of the details of which its attorney advises would seriously impair the ability of the Board to proceed in the public interest

3. Amendment - (IT) - Microsoft Corporation, for volume software licensing (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261076)
4. of the Tulsa Driller Award to Dan Witham in honor and appreciation for his 26 years of service and dedication as a board member of the Tulsa County Criminal Justice Authority Sales Tax Overview Committee. Mr. Witham served 19 years as Chairman and 7 years as a member, and will continue serving as a member (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261069)
5. Highways - to rescind the award for Road Structure Materials and Road Salt (Category 8 - Roadbed Stabilization Additives), CMF #20260232, to Olusola Ojo, dba The Inspired Group, LLC, after being notified that he is unable to honor the submitted bid pricing. It is the recommendation of Procurement to rescind all products in Category 8 of the Road Structure Materials and Road Salt bid and to solicit quotes for these products (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261080)
6. ImageNet Consulting, LLC, for the lease and service of three (3) Konica Bizhub printers and copiers; cost $595.17/mo. (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261090)
