Dunn Construction Company, disclosure of the details of which its attorney advises would seriously impair the ability of the Board to proceed in the public interest

7. 8. Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(3), I am requesting that this matter be discussed in Executive Session between the Board and its attorney, for the purpose of confidential communications concerning possible official action regarding the purchase or appraisal of real estate, to wit: <em>Voluntary Flood Acquisition Program - VBP #1244, Coles</em>
9. of grant request to the Oklahoma Cooperative Circuit Engineering District Board’s Solid Waste Program in the amount of $142,922.64 to provide roll-off containers; the purchase of a chainsaw/pole saw and a woodchipper; and solid waste cleanup and storm debris cleanup throughout Districts 1, 2, and 3 for fiscal year 2026-2027 (Clerk's Misc. 10. Amendment - (Board of County Commissioners) - #2 to the agreement with the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma and River Parks Authority regarding management of Zink Dam, Flume, and Zink Lake, CMF #20241283 and CMF #20250179, to modify the renewal term to the fiscal year to begin annually on July 1 and end on the following June 30 (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261155)
11. Request for Proposals - Case Tennis Center Signage, DP Waterproofing, LLC, receiving the highest overall score based on the published evaluation criteria. While not the lowest cost, their proposal demonstrated the most complete response across all scored categories, with particular strength in presentation detail and work process. The evaluation team determined their approach offers the best value and clearest path to successful project execution (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261152)
