1. Motorola Solutions, for service and maintenance of ASTRO System Advanced Plus Package to be purchased through state contract #SW1053M, for FY 2026-2027; cost $52,312.65 (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261263)
2. to rescind the bid for the 51st Street Roadway Improvement Project. On March 16, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners approved the request to advertise the 51st Street Roadway Improvements project (CMF #20260458). Bids for this solicitation were opened on April 20, 2026. On April 27, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners approved the award of the project to BECCO Contractors, Inc. (CMF #20260754). Subsequently, on June 8, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners approved a motion to cancel the contract with BECCO Contractors, Inc., reject all bids received for the project, and re-advertise the solicitation. This memorandum is submitted to formally document and implement that action (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261245)
3. Requested by Douglas Wilson - Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4), I am requesting that this matter be discussed in Executive Session between the Board and its attorney, for the purpose of confidential communications concerning possible official action regarding pending investigation, claim, or action to wit: <em data-pasted="true">Contract for the Tulsa County Courthouse Renovation between the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and </em><em>J.E. Dunn Construction Company, disclosure of the details of which its attorney advises would seriously impair the ability of the Board to proceed in the public interest
4. Request to Accept & File - (Engineers) - Addendum to the award recommendation for the 51st Street Roadway Improvements, CMF #20260754, to provide additional detail regarding the evaluation of the bids received and the basis for recommending the award to BECCO Contractors, Inc. Although BECCO Contractors, Inc. was not the apparent lowest bidder, the recommendation identified schedule advantages and anticipated construction administration cost savings that were determined to offer greater overall value to Tulsa County. Subsequent to the recommendation and approval of the award, the Board of County Commissioners has terminated the contract, and the project will be re-advertised. This addendum is submitted solely for the purpose of being accepted and filed, so that the procurement record accurately reflects the information considered during the original award recommendation process. Approval is respectfully requested to accept and file the attached document as part of the official record for this solicitation (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261250)

Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(3), I am requesting that this matter be discussed in Executive Session between the Board and its attorney, for the purpose of confidential communications concerning possible official action regarding the purchase or appraisal of real estate, to wit: <em>Voluntary Flood Acquisition Program - VBP #2030, O’Dell</em>
8. Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(3), I am requesting that this matter be discussed in Executive Session between the Board and its attorney, for the purpose of confidential communications concerning possible official action regarding the purchase or appraisal of real estate, to wit: <em>Voluntary Flood Acquisition Program - VBP #1262, Jeter</em>
9. Amendment - (Board of County Commissioners) - #3 to the agreement with Program Management Group, LLC, for the management of Vision 2025 Program, CMF #191951, the most recent renewal, CMF #20251251, to extend the term through 6/30/2027, with revised rates (Clerk's Misc. File No. 20261240)
