  4. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Accept Lease Agreement between Tahlequah Regional Development Authority and Optomi, DBA Provalus.
  5. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Enter into a lease agreement with RiverRunner, LLC to use the property for public parking.
  6. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Enter into a Lease Agreement with Christian R. & Christian H. Abels to use the property for public parking.
  7. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Discussion and possible action to approve, approve with modification, or deny a Municipal Airport Land Lease to Tom Farmer for construction of a private hangar.
  8. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Accept the Grant award from PetCo Love in the amount of $3,000.00 and amend the budget accordingly, placing the funds in the Restricted Donation Account to be used for the Animal Shelter/Animal Control Vaccination Clinic.
