2. <span style="font-size: 16px;">Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with Kelly Engineering to perform on-site engineering services and authorize the street department to purchase material, provide labor, and contract for labor, if necessary, for the White Avenue Project. Councilor Keith Baker
3. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve land lease to Tom Farmer at location FH23 for construction of an aircraft hangar.
4. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Accept the grant award from PetCo Love in the amount of $2,955.00 and amend the budget accordingly, placing the funds in the Restricted Donation Account to be used for the Animal Shelter/Animal Control Vaccination Clinic.
