  2. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Waive the City of Tahlequah purchasing policy to allow the budgeted purchase of a service truck for Solid Waste in the amount of $60,000 from GL#115-65-8701.
  3. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Waive the City of Tahlequah purchasing policy to allow the budgeted purchase from GL#115-65-8701 by the Solid Waste Department of a Caterpillar 938 Wheel Loader in the amount of $274,596.00.
