  1. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve the Contract for Services with<strong> Tahlequah Main Street Association</strong> for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
  2. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve the 2026-2027 contract with<strong> Mike Palmer</strong> for greens maintenance at River Links and Anthis Brennan.
  3. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve the contract for services with <strong>Oklahoma Production Center (OPC)</strong> for city-wide Recycling and Road Litter Pickup for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
  4. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement between the City of Tahlequah and the Tahlequah Sports League (TSL).
  5. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve the 2026-2027 lease agreement with <strong>DOCServices Inc. for senior nutrition at the Senior Citizen's Building.
  6. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc. to auction City-owned vehicles for the benefit of the City and surplus said vehicles.
  7. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve the Service Agreement with <strong>KI BOIS Area Transit System (K.A.T.S.) for public transportation in the Tahlequah area for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
  8. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Discussion and possible action to approve, approve with modification, or deny <strong>Resolution No. 07-06-2026A</strong>, a resolution relating to the incurring of indebtedness by the Trustees of the Tahlequah Public Facilities Authority and waiving competitive bidding with respect thereto; and approving a note purchase agreement, security agreement and such other documents as may be necessary or required.   9. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Promote/Transfer Volunteer Firefighter/Police Dispatcher, Caleb Crittenden, to a Full-Time Firefighter and adjust pay according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, effective once the Fire Pension Physical is completed.
  10. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Promote Firefighter Robert Duncan to Lieutenant in the Fire Department and adjust pay according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, effective June 21, 2026.
  11. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Possible action related to the sale, purchase, lease, acquisition or appraisal of real property located in Tahlequah, as discussed in the Executive Session.
  12. Pursuant to 25 O.S. §307(B)(3), discussion related to the sale, purchase, lease, acquisition or appraisal of real property located in Tahlequah, and, if necessary, take appropriate action in open session.
  13. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Meeting Called to Order</span>
  14. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve construction lease for a 60'x70' hangar in space FM-2 on the Airport Master Plan to Ken and Janet High.
  15. <span style="font-size: 14px;">Approve the proposal from <strong>Revver Software and Services</strong>, in the amount of $16,500.00, for Finance Department document management and storage services.
