4. Agreement with Bethel Acres Fire Department for Dispatch Services.
5. Agreement with McLoud Fire Department for Dispatch Services.
6. Agreement with REACT Ambulance Authority for Dispatch Services.
7. Agreement with Grove Elementary School District for Supplemental Police Services.
8. Agreement with Dace Dockery for use of City Property known as the Regional Park Property.
9. Agreement with Independent School District North Rock Creek for Police Services.
10. Interlocal agreement with Pottawatomie County Commissioners for repair of public roads within the City Limits.
11. Agreement with Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency (COCAA) operating as Central Oklahoma Transit System (COTS) for Public Transportation Services.
12. Acknowledge the Management Agreement with Global Spectrum L.P. d/b/a Oak View Group for Management Services at the Heart of Oklahoma Exposition Center for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
13. Acknowledge the Contract for Solid Waste Collection, Recycling, and Disposal Services with GFL Environmental, formerly Central Disposal, for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
14. Consideration of the purchase of a security camera system from Tru Technologies, in compliance with the approved Capital Improvement Plan for 2027-2031.
15. Lake Lease Transfer:

Discussion regarding proposal to amend Article VI of Chapter 20, providing certain prohibitions against certain public conduct contrary to public health and safety, which shall be added to Chapter 20 [Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions] of the City Code; and also providing for severability, codification, and repealer.
