5. Approval of the purchase of a replacement Fire Department vehicle for Chief 1, in compliance with the City of Shawnee Capital Improvement Plan for 2027-2031.

7. Consideration of the amendment to the City of Shawnee Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2027-2031, encompassing a single change.

11. Approval of the Calendar Year 2027 Schedule of Regular Meetings for the Board of City Commissioners, the Board of Trustees of the Shawnee Airport Authority, and the Board of Trustees for the Shawnee Municipal Authority.
12. Consider a Resolution expressing appreciation to Mark Sehorn as Commissioner of Ward Five of the City of Shawnee.

20. Consider approval of the Minutes from the August 17, 2026, regular meeting and the August 26, 2026, special call meeting.

Consideration of matters discussed in executive session for discussion in accordance with 25 O.S. §307B(4), confidential communications between a public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action if the public body, with the advice of its attorney, determines that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest relating to the Santa Fe Depot.
