1. Approve an expenditure in the amount of $12,000.00 to Flock Safety for the annual renewal of the Pryor Creek Police Department’s four original Flock Safety LPR cameras approved by the City Council in 2023, for the renewal term of August 6, 2026, through August 5, 2027, to be paid from Police Equipment Capital Outlay Account #44-445-5424.
2. Discussion and possible action regarding PRY-26-03 2026 Street Projects Change Order #1 reflecting a contract decrease of $39,455.00 for a total contract price of $228,350.00. The quantities have been revised to account for the removal of Dog Pound Road from the contract.
3. Approve claims for purchase orders through September 1, 2026.
4. Approve payroll purchase orders through September 11, 2026.
5. Approve claims for purchase orders for the Pryor Public Works Authority through September 1, 2026.
6. Discussion and possible action to accept a bid in the amount of $30,600.00 from Lights Unlimited for Whitaker Park Christmas decorations in the 2026 season, with subsequent seasons billed in the amount of $15,760.00, to be paid from Park Capital Outlay Account #02-219-5411. As per the RFP, this bid includes the purchase and design of the light systems, daily maintenance and upkeep during the season, and the removal and storage of the decorations following the holiday season. Other bids received: The Light Ranger in the amount of $32,385.00 for the initial season and $23,100.00 for subsequent years, Christmas Lights 4U in the amount of $39,992.00 and $31,454.00 for subsequent years and Evergreen Christmas Lights in the amount of $25,125.00 for subsequent years.
