Discussion and possible action to authorize the Pryor Creek Police Department to solicit sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a heating and cooling mini-split heat-pump system at the Pryor Creek Police Shooting Range, with sealed bids due to Pryor Creek City Hall no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2026.
6. Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order #1 to PRY-26-01 Cemetery Retaining Wall in the amount of $25,000.00 to add a 4-inch cast-in-place concrete wall constructed to provide an aesthetically pleasing finished appearance over the precast concrete block retaining wall, to be paid from Street Rehabilitation Projects Account #14-145-5410.
