Discussion and possible action regarding the Estimate of Needs for fiscal year 2024-25 and Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, which includes appropriations and certified levies for the City of Nicoma Park, General Fund in the amount of $4,006,436.19 with no mill levy.

Discussion and possible action regarding the Estimate of Needs for fiscal year 2024-25 and Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, which includes appropriations and certified levies for the City of Nichols Hills, Sinking Fund in the amount of $6,363,313.00 with a levy of 32.15 mills.
