- 6. Discussion and possible action regarding annual Statutory Salary and Wage of County Officers. Keeping the County in compliance with the date on which changes in the salaries and rates of pay for county officers and their deputies, aides and assistants under this act shall take effect, shall be as of, on or after the first day of July (Title 19, Sect. 180.68 - Changes in Salaries and Rates of Pay). This item is requested by Mike Morrison, Oklahoma County Assessor’s Office.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding any items currently on the BET Watch List for fiscal year 2026-27. Requested by the Board.
- 7. Discussion and possible action regarding a September Supplement increase of $2,000.00 to the Treasurer’s General Fund Budget for FY27. This will be an increase to line item 10115000-52010 (FICA) to cover payroll taxes for the County Treasurer. This item is requested by Forrest “Butch” Freeman, Oklahoma County Treasurer.
- 8. Discussion and possible action regarding a September Supplement increase of $90,000.00 to the Treasurer’s Resale Refund Budget for FY27. This will be an increase to line item 11315000-54039 (Refunds) to cover potential Excess Resale Refunds. This item is requested by Forrest “Butch” Freeman, Oklahoma County Treasurer.
- 9. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2027 Actuary Report. This item is requested by Jon Wilkerson, Director of HR, Benefits & Safety.

Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation for in-house asbestos funding for the Facilities 2801 budget in an amount not to exceed $57,500.00 as delineated in the attachment from General Fund Reserve. This item recommended by the Policy and Governance committee, and requested by Brandi Mertens, BET member and Chair of Policy and Governance.
- 14. Discussion and possible action regarding the recommendation to reimburse Facility Management 2801 Fund Object Code 54162 - Equipment Repair in an amount not to exceed $15,000 from General Fund Reserve, or other sources, for KONE onsite elevator staffing at the Oklahoma County Detention Center. This item recommended by the Policy and Governance committee, and requested by Brandi Mertens, BET member and Chair of Policy and Governance.
- 15. Discussion and possible action regarding restoring funds in the amount of $125,000.00 to Economic Development Fund 950 for the FY27 Oklahoma City Economic Development contract. A payment error was found from previous Financial Administrator and needs to be corrected. FY24 PO 22400072 was not properly utilized to pay for the contract. Funds were released and PO is now closed. Funds from General Government or other sources are needed to reconcile the FY 27 Economic Development Fund budget 10195000-54456. Requested by Jessica Clayton, County Manager.
- 16. Discussion and possible action regarding the FY27 Behavioral Care Center Estimate of Need. Requested by Jessica Clayton, County Manager.

Discussion and possible action regarding adding six months of rent for the District Attorney’s offices at Leadership Square in the amount of $314,541.00 to the BET Watch List for fiscal year 2026-2027. This item is contingent upon contract with the Board of County Commissioners. Requested by Jessica Clayton, County Manager
