- 1. Resolution 2026-4084: Cash fund appropriation for Employee Benefits 4010 in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00. To appropriate funds from Employee Benefits Supplement 991 contingent upon the check being deposited. This item is requested by Jon Wilkerson, Director of HR, Benefits & Safety.

- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-4085: a fund transfer from Employee Benefits Supplement 1001-991 to Employee Benefits Fund 4010-110 in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00, contingent upon the check being deposited. This is to transfer General Fund premiums to cover anticipated FY27 expenses. This item is requested by Jon Wilkerson, Director of HR, Benefits & Safety.

Discussion and possible action regarding the revised General Fund Revenues and Fund Balance for fiscal year 2026-27, in the amount not to exceed $25,942,625.00, with a total sources available of $155,729,421.00, to be presented by the Oklahoma County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding recommendations from the Budget Evaluation Team on the fiscal year 2026-27 General Fund Annual Budget. This item is requested by Cody Compton, Chairman of the Budget Evaluation Team.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-4081: Supplemental Appropriations for the fiscal year 2026-27 Oklahoma County General Fund Budget with a total sources available of $155,729,421.00. This item is requested by the Oklahoma County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 14 Citizen Participation: “Citizens may address the Board during open meetings under the agenda item “Citizen’s Participation.” However the Board cannot discuss, take action or make any decisions on matters not on the current agenda. Please fill out a “Citizen’s Participation” request form provided by the County Clerk’s office or complete the fillable form that will be provided by PublicComment@oklahomacounty.org and submit via email or hand the form to the recording secretary prior to the meeting.
