- 18. Discussion and possible action regarding annual contract between Board of County Commissioners and Jones Public Schools for the Oklahoma County Free Fair to be held on February 22, 23, 24, and 27, 2024. Contract not to exceed $4,500.00. Approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA. Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner District 2, and Chairman of the Board.

- 19. Discussion and possible action to increase purchase card limits for certain departments. Requested by Chantel Boso.
- 32 Juvenile Bureau
- 20. Discussion and possible action regarding the Service Agreement between Mid-Del Youth and Family Center and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau, who shall provide non-residential services to non-adjudicated and adjudicated juvenile offenders in a comprehensive program designed to meet the identified needs of the youth in accordance with Oklahoma State Law and as outlined in the Disposition Order. This Service Agreement is effective June 2023 through June 2024 and is provided at no cost to Oklahoma County. Requested by Hannah Dix, Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau Director and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

- 21. Discussion and possible action regarding the amended FY 2023-24 contract with Midcon Recovery Solutions. The amendment is to install new power and re-rack the equipment into the new rack. There will be a one time power set up fee of $1,200.00 and a one time rack set up fee of $1,000.00. This will change the cost of the contract from $59,376.00 to $61,576.00. A change order will be processed on PO 22400174 upon the approval of this amended contract.This item is requested by Dayne Coffey, Director, Information Technology, and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

- 22. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2024-0339 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on tracts of land from R-2 - Rural Residential District to Planned Unit Development (PUD-2023-08). The Planned Unit Development will allow the applicant to develop the property for commercial uses on approximately 35.4 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on January 18, 2024. The tracts of land are located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Britton Rd. and the Kickapoo Turnpike. (County Highway District #1). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

- 23. Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation from the Policy and Governance Committee related to the request of the County Clerk's Office to transfer the Grant Writer position to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), including but not limited to, the policies, processes, procedures, and staffing related to the oversight and administration of the proposed BOCC Grant Writer position. Requested by Policy and Governance.

- 24. Discussion and Possible action regarding an award from the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security for replacement of the camera system on two of the Skywatch Towers in the amount of $17,052.00.
